This is my 1973 "cal look" lowered Karmann Ghia. I have owned this car for three years and have done a lot of work to it. I have spent over twelve thousand into this vehicle to get it to look as good as it does and have used it as a dependable daily driver for the last two years. To name a few things I have done: motor is 1600cc bored to 1835 cc, with exhaust headers, currently has single barrel solex but comes with dual weber setup and additional carbs/parts. It was painted three years ago has three layers of dynamite lining under the headliners to keep you cool on hot summer days. It has a cd player, porsche 914 rims, scat steering wheel and scat quick shift kit, french kissed rear taillights, sway bar front end, electric fuel pump, custom dash, new gas tank, new brakes (calipers and pads) new fuel lines, brake lines, new bosch starter, new bosch alternator,new fan, new shocks, lots of chrome on the motor, new glass new rubber, a rust free Texas Car. It also has an external oil filter. This vehicle has been extremely well maintained. This car can move! People always think that because it is a VW that it wont go very fast, that is definitely not a problem, I drive this on the freeway daily and get around just fine. I dont even want to sell this car but am moving to Vancouver and cant keep it anymore. SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY. I will gladly keep this and dont wish to play games.
