Up for auction we have a 1966 Corvette Convertible Project Car . The car is a very nice project needing very little to make it complete . The body is fairly nice and will need very little to get it ready for paint in my opinion. It needs a windshield , and gasket, headlight assemblies ,exuast , spare tire tub and possibly some small items The interior if fairly complete missing carpet , door handles and possibly some other small items . Under the hood is a high output 350 4-bolt with 8" balancer , 4-speed muncie M-21 trans . 4-speed shifter included but not in the car , it is an origional muncie . Under the hood will need a wiring harness , belts , hoses , and i am sure some other small items. The motor i was told was fresh along with new clutch, pressure plate , and throw out bearing . The Vin# matches the frame number .The bird cage is rust free (windshield frame ). The frame is very solid , kickups and end caps real nice !! The car comes with the hard top only and the winning bidder will have a chance to purchase a really nice soft top and new canvas for an additional $2,000 or $1,500 and the hard top from the car . The wheels and tires are not included with the car the car will have the origional steel wheels with tires and factory 66 hubcaps installed on the car . The origional exterior color was maroon , and origional interior color is STD Black .All 4 bumpers are included and all the interior and exterior windshield trim is also included.The car is being sold in as is condition with no warranties implied or otherwise ! The shipping is the responsibility of the buyer i will help on my end with the loading if needed. a $1,500 Non refundable deposit is due in 48 hours of auction ending NO EXCEPTIONS !!
