LOW RESERVE - THOUSANDS BELOW BOOK VALUE! For sale is my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited All Wheel Drive. One owner (me). I have babied it for the last four years and 76,000 miles. This Santa Fe is loaded with just about every available exception, including the rare and sought after third row seat option with rear seat heat and A/C controls. I special ordered it without the moonroof as I am over six foot tall and wanted the extra headroom. This vehicle has always been garaged and meticulously maintained. You have to look hard to find any imperfections. The factory floor matts are essentially brand new, as I removed them from the car and stored them when I took delivery. I used rubber floor liners for the last four years, and only put the carpeted floor matts back in for the pictures. I have had two upgrades professionally installed. One is a remote start system with two keychain remotes. The remotes can start the car from several hundred feet away, and if desired, can also turn on the seat heaters and/or rear window defroster. Thanks to the automatic climate control, the cabin will heat or cool as necessary before you get to the car. The engine will automatically turn off again after 15 minutes if you don't get in the car and put the key in the ignition. The remotes also operate the door locks. The other upgrade is a 400 watt amplifier mounted under the passenger seat and connected to high end Polk Audio speakers in the front and rear doors. The result is sound that is much improved over the factory speakers. It looks completely stock, however, as the factory speaker grilles were retained. The sound is much cleaner (and, if desired, louder) than than the factory system. All scheduled maintenance has been completed, and all recalls performed by the dealer. There are new brakes (new pads and rotors resurfaced) in the last 5,000 miles, and four excellent Pirelli Scorpion ATR tires with less than 10,000 miles on them. EPA rated at 17 mpg city, 24 highway and 19 combined, which is almost exactly what I experience (about 20 mpg in typical combined driving). The car is located in Loveland, Ohio (near Cincinnati).
