NO RESERVE SO PLEASE BID TO BUY A previous two owner 1970 Barracuda that has spent most of its life in New Mexico & Texas. The previous owner states he has owned the car since late 1970's and says it's an orignal numbers matching 318 engine with numbers matching 4 speed tranny. Vin tag verifies a TRUE 4 speed car.. The undercarriage pictures shows theres not much doubt about it being a southern car. Up front issues. It does need a new trunk pan as there is a couple holes in center of pan. Previous owner did a repaint that has a some soft spots and a ding here an there. The paint job is sun faded after years in the New Mexico heat. It is a driver car that is very restorable and is a solid car for a restoration. The door jams look rock solid. Like I said it has some bondo in a couple places that should be an easy repair. Frame rails are beautiful and no issues at all with the frame anywhere that I can see. Interior is in drivers condition but could use a restore as you can tell its orignal seats and door panels and they have and are dirty. It has sat for a long time and could use a check up before a rode trip. It runs and drives and the engine sounds great. She is a very solid restoration car.. Clear Iowa title in hand... Its a solid investment car that has ALL VIN TAGS IN PLACE AS WELL AS FENDER TAG IS THERE. I do have several other pictures as I used all the allowed pictures ebay would let me put on. I have pictures of additional parts in the trunk such as window trim, an extra distibutor some moldings and oringal manuals. I was also asked if the car could be driven out of state. I would say no as the car has sat for the last 10 years I was told. When I bought the Cuda it was going to be a restoration car for me. Things changed so thats why its for sale. I was going to leave it in the pole barn and restore someday but things changed so its for sale. I was planning on pulling the engine sending in for a rebuild and cleaning up engine bay. It did start right up and drive home but thats as much I have drove it so I cant tell you to much about it. I posted as many undercarriage pictures as I could as the was why I bought her along with him saying it was a numbers matching barracuda. Like I said previous owner repainted her and it was an amature paint job at and there was bondo used. So that will need replaced or fixed in a few spots. I do have pctures of the bondo areas and pictures of dents if you want to see them please email. If it were a perfect car I would be asking 40k-45k.
