1970 Buick Electra 225 Convertible. This car came from the original owner with a NJ A title. The car has the 455-4, 370 HP motor. The list of options include AC, PW, PB, PS, Pseat, Positraction, AM radio and front Aluminum Brake Drums. Work done to the car includes; AC converted to R134 correctly, New brake shoes and wheel cylinders, New Radial 235 whitewall radials, Complete tuneup including Plugs, cap, points. The trans has been serviced. The car has been completely detailed including the motor, undercarriage, interior and exterior. Condition of the car: Exterior is the original paint with a few chips and dings, (see pics), the left rear quarter has been touched up at some time and shows a little crazing but overall the paint is an 8 out of 10. Interior is original and in excellent condition with a tear in the front seat at the driver side conner (see pic) you can not see this without the door open, dash is excellent, all gauges work except the gas gauge which only goes to a quarter of a tank, the wood grain has faded but is still very presentable, carpet is excellent with only one small burn spot, included are the original floor mats. The convertible top looks new inside and out and has a glass rear window, all glass is in excellent shape, weather stripping is all in good shape. The rear left window sometimes is slow in coming up. Chrome on the car is excellent. The car retains its original hubcaps which are in excellent shape. Overall this is an original car in excellent shape. The pictures do not do the car justice. The car runs and drives as it should. The 370 HP motor is unbelievable and was only offered this year. The car is located in Stewartsville, NJ 08886 and I encourage an onsite inspection.
