You are bidding on a 2003 Ford E-350 Super Duty Extended Club Wagon 15 passenger van with 172,075 miles. It is white on tan and was just professionally detailed inside and out. We have owned this van since August of 2008 when we acquired it with 84,000 miles. It has a 5.4L Triton V8 with a 4 speed electronic overdrive transmission. This van has power windows, power locks, deep tinted glass all around, chrome bumpers, front & rear heat & air conditioning, and a factory am/fm stereo with a CD player. There are no engine or transmission leaks. There are no ABS, red Brake warning lights, or check engine lights on. The drivetrain is smooth and operates as it should. The steering and suspension are tight and the brakes are also smooth. Front tires are matching OEM Hankook and the rear tires are matching Firestone, all having about 60% treadlife left all around. All accessories and power options work as they should. We have changed the oil every 5,000 miles and flushed the cooling system and transmission roughly every 30,000 miles. If we were keeping this van, it’s due for a coolant and tranny flush. As with any van this age, it’s not perfect. The steering box has a small leak and you regularly have to put power steering fluid in it. If the bidding goes above $5000, we will have our in house mechanic replace the $160 part. The airbag light is on which probably means the front seatbelts need to be replaced. This has happened to 2 other vans we owned, so it’s not a surprise to us. If the bidding goes over $6000 we will replace the seatbelts and clear the airbag light at our cost of around $250. Don’t let these few items discourage you, we just want to be up front and honest with the overall condition of the van. Take a look at the pictures, there are some dings/very small dents that are hard to see on this white monster. The original paints with high gloss and shows some nicks here and there. Some paint was flaking off around the lower wheel well, and that has been touched up. The interior is also missing an end arm rest on a rear bench seat. When travelling down the road, there are the usual rattles from the interior plastic panels. Our 1997, with 375,000 miles and 2006 with 110,000 miles all sound the same. Despite the few imperfections, the van looks like it came off the showroom floor. If I hadn’t sold the business I would be putting this van back out on weddings, airport runs, and corporate charters. This van served us very well and will service the next person just as well. Whoever gets this van is getting a clean and well maintained van. The wipers are fairly new and the van comes with a fresh oil and filter change! Clean title in hand ready to go. Thank you for the question. As mentioned in the description, the engine does not leak oil, however it does burn about a half quart to quart of oil every 1,000 miles - this is normal and expected. My 2006 has just over 100,000 miles and burns a half quart of oil every 1,000 miles. My 1997 has been burning a quart of oil every 1,000 miles for the last 200,000 miles (there are 375,000 miles on the original V10).
