Look at this rare car. It is a 1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2-door Hardtop. It was a trade-in at a local Franchise dealer and we purchase all of their trades. I feel extremely lucky in getting this car. This car appears to be a complete frame-off restoration. It is all original except for the carpet has been replaced. The interior is immaculate! All seats, door panels, dash controls, headliner, everything inside the car is original. Both window handles on the passenger side come off, but are in the car. The rear passenger window is hard to roll down but all other windows work properly. The interior is absolutely stunning! The exterior of the car is also in excellent shape other than a few minor nicks and two scratches on wheel well over rear passenger tire. I have taken several pics of every nick and both scratches so please be sure to look at all pictures. The hood alignment is also slightly uneven as seen in the pictures, but can be fixed with just a minor adjustment. The car is powered by a factory original straight 6-cylinder. I drove the car myself and it runs wonderful. It is a 3-speed with factory overdrive. All 4 tires appear to be in good shape. This car has obviously been garage kept. There is also an aftermarket a/c installed with 134a freon. It blows but may need a quick charge because the car has been sitting up for some time. I could not find any rust on the body, undercarriage, trunk, or under the hood. I have sold many antique cars in my years in the car business, and by far this is the cleanest i have ever seen or driven.
