This is a 1953 Oldsmobile 88 Rocket 4 door . This car has 57025 miles as far as i know It has been stored by my Dad and myself for 25 years . the car was running when he put it in storage and we moved it around every so often in our 10000 sq ft building . I and a friend got it out last year and got it running it ran ruff so we had a engine shop rebuilt the carb and fuel pump . Now she runs real nice and drives smooth . The Trans is a oldsmobile Hydra-Matic Super-Drive it shifts smooth though all gears and reverse . It the orignal trans and rocket engine and orignal air cleaner also orginal steering wheel . The car is in good shape for 58 years old I think it was repainted before my dad got it back in 1985.The paint is a little faded it dont have much shine to it .But I didnt want to buff it out thought I would just sell it the way it was. I do know who the previous owner was, I dont believe it was ever wrecked. I was under it and have looked it over good it is a solid car . If anyone wants to see the car in person or wants to see more pictures, that would be fine.
