2001 Harley Davidson truck . I purchased this truck for my contractor who was doing work on my house . He was going to drywall my complete house and before he started his truck broke . He asked about me giving him the money up front so he could buy a truck . I purchased this truck and he disappeared . Now I have this truck . Here is what I know about it . The truck runs fine and than you will hear a tapping sound . I took it to a shop and they told me it is called a timming chain slap (just replace timing chain guides and problem will be solved) . If I would keep this truck I would replace mootor or rebuild it . That is what I suggest . Their is no knock or anything like that . Just when you put a strain on the motor you will hear the slap breiflly . I have been driving this truck everyday to work and it does not seem to effect the running of it . Also this truck could use two or three tires one is new . Nerf bar under passenger side door is missing . Driverside mirror has been replace sinced pics where taken . So chrome on back side is new . This truck has been wrecked and it seems to have been fixed well . The interior is in good shape for its age normal wear (driver seat is worn see pics). Previous owner I guess his kids wrote on rear center console in black not too bad . 6 disc cd changer holder is missing . I have listed everything I know about this truck please see all pics and ask questions .
