1970 NOVA YENKO TRIBUTE 4 SPD. 350, 12 BOLT CRANBERRY RED 1 This car is a tribute to DON YENKO for the deuce coupe with the first LT1 that was cranberry red. Don used his coop connections to order 175 total cars. There were 122 four speed cars and the balance were turbo hydromatic automatic. Some of the deuce cars sold to other Chevrolet dealers in other states. This car was built to look like and have alot of what Don ordered them like. He added the Yenko decals to flaunt the power house his cars were noted for. Don was famous for his fast super cars and his Yenko Chevrolet Dealership in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania that was founded by his father. 2 My pictures are taken in all natural light and I take a few under flourescent light so you can see what the paint looks like under all light scenarios. Some are in full sun and some in shade. The pictures are all natural and just as the camera takes them, not ran through a photo program to make them look better than they really are. Just zoom in and look and if they load slow they are worth the wait if you are in the market for a very solid Nova. 3 Alot of new chrome and all new lights and lenses. I have over six pictures from the top to the complete undercarriage. This car had the subframe and rearend and all of the suspension taken down to the rear frame rail before the undercarriage was painted and undercoated. The car is very solid and I will tell you what I know about the car and what I was told from the owner when I purchased the car. I only buy cars I would want to keep for myself. I am a retired farmer and only sell a few cars a year so I do have a dealer's license. 4 The radials tires are like new and the SS wheels are very nice with the Y in the center for Yenko. 5 I would say the paint is a couple years old with very few pecks. The paint is very good and the Yenko stripes are very nice as well. It has been buffed and polished to a high quality shine. The paint is deep looking and this car would do great in local car shows. The tach is located where you do not have to take your eye off the road. 7 The hood mounted tach goes to 8000 and is very easy to see. 8 9 If you have any questions please just call me at 870 930 6104 (CST) I get very busy sometimes and forget to check my messages. I have sold several car this way and it is good to protect both of us . 10 11 12 13 14 15 This car has all new exhaust and the flowmasters have that raspy sound that sounds great when you go through the gears. Not to loud but just enough to have that right sound. 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 This 350 is stout with a mild cam transistor ignition. It has power steering, power disc brakes and a new optima battery. All of the wiring is neet with no lose lose wires hanging under the hood or under the dash just as it should be. 25 All of the hoses, plug wire distributor and everything under the hood look new. 26 The car has an electric fan, new valve covers and I think everything under the hood is new. The motor is stout enough to run, but not too radical to drive on the street and run pump gas. The electric fan has a 180 thermostat so it comes on at 180 and will stay on after the car is stopped until the car is at 180 degrees then it cuts off. The Eldelbrock carburator and aluminum intake are new too. I have enjoyed the car and drove it around town. 27 28 29 30 31 Everything in the interior was new including the seatbelts and everything is very nice and clean with no fading. the dash is good and it was not replaced. ALL THE WEATHERSTRIPPING IS NEW AS WELL. The headliner is tighter than any one I have seen . It is new too. 32 The car has been driven about 2,200 miles since it was finished. 33 New seal plates 34 Hurst shifter works great and the 220 muncie shifts great. 35 I got this with the car when I purchased it. It would be great for car shows. The owner of the car passed on what was done to this car. I have tried to describe it as best and honestly as possibly. 36 37 38 39 40 41 42 43 New gas tank and sending unit. 44 This Nova runs and drives as good as it looks and the power disc brakes stop it well. 45 46 47 The alternator was new and all belts and hoses when the motor was completly rebuilt. 48 49 The optima battery is one of the best battery on the market . 50 51 THERE ARE ARE NEW BUSHINGS, PINS, TIE ROD ENDS AND ANYTHING IT POSSIBLY NEEDED WAS REPLACED. THE BODY BUSHINGS WERE REPLACED WHEN IT WAS COMPLETELY TAKEN OUT AND REPLACED. WHILE THE REAREND AND EVERYTHING WAS REMOVED, THE RUST FREE FLOOR PANS WERE LIGHTLY UNDERCOATED BEFORE THE REAR END AND TRANS AND EVERYTHING WAS REPLACED. All of the suspenion was out and all of the bushings were replaced as well. 52 53 I am listing some of the numbers I could see when I had it on the rack. Pat. number3088336 other numbers 13925661 L200743 part number on tail shaft 3857584 54 55 Those are almost as slick as the car. 56 The shackles have red poly bushings 57 58 59 I think the brake lines are new and the 12 bolt is ready for the road. 60 61 NEW SUBTRANE TO BODY BUSHINGS. 62 63 64 Terms of Sale The buyer will submit a NON-REFUNDABLE $2,000.00 deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Deposit will be made through Paypal. No sort of checks will be accepted for deposit. An additional fee of $300 will be required of a buyer from outside the United States. Buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due within 7 days of the end of the auction. Balance and the fee, if applicable,will be paid by wire transfer. All financial transactions must be completed before removal of vehicle. If deposit or balance is not received within time frame indicated, buyer will forfeit the right to purchase. That is the reason I put a large amount of large picture on my ad. I have described as best I can. I have 100% feedback and I want to keep it that way. The buyer is responsible for all costs for the car after the auction is over. Also, with my insurance company, the coverage ends when the wire transfer is in my bank. The buyer will need to obtain coverage as soon as the auction is over. I will keep the car for up to 3 weeks in a garage free of charge unless other arrangements are made.
