Up for sale 1965 Honda 305 Dream. Frame # CA78-1008051 and engine # CA77E-1007985. Last plated in 1980. Original tank badges in good shape. 15.111 miles on odometer. Original key matches both ignition and fork lock. Oil changed and filter cleaned. Clutch pack disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Phenolic clutch discs tossed in the trash and replaced with the later issued aluminum core friction discs. I put in a new AGM battery, NOS Honda points plate assy, rebuilt the fuel cock with NOS Honda parts, adjusted the tappet clearance and installed 3 new starter clutch springs. The one photo shows the old, compressed starter clutch springs vs the new ones. The carb was disassembled, cleaned and inspected. It has the correct Keihin jets and jet needle. No holes or rot in the mufflers. The front fender bottom flair has no curb hopping damage. Chrome has pitting and surface rust in some areas as should be expected. Air filter will either need to be replaced or rebuilt. Both high and low beams work. Starter works as well as horn. Headlight bucket, chain guard and side covers have an old period chrome job that did not hold up well over the years. Carb dust covers are missing. The right exhaust clamp is cracked and will need replaced. Runs up and down the road through all 4 gears. Clean title in my name. This used bike is sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied.
