This car drove over from Washington state to Connecticut on its own (with a driver of course...its not Christine!) just last year. It does have a few rust spots, but they are small. The biggest is in the floorboard of the driver side which can be fixed by welding on a steel plate. It has a 3-on-the-tree manual transmission, and the clutch grinds when it shifts, but I've been told by a mechanic that it need only be adjusted, not replaced. The interior has some damage on the driver side of the front seat, and then a small tear in the top of the back seat. Otherwise, its very decent. The driver side mirror has been broken, but the fixture is still in place. And the only other thing we can find wrong with this car is that you have to jiggle the key to get the tumblers in the keyslot to catch...but I may have that replaced before it is purchased. We have been told it would take minimal work and investment to make this car in mint condition. It was originally black, we believe, due to the black interior of the doors, and it has silver gray upholstery. It can be driven away, and will make it verrrry far! :)
