Up for auction is our 1962 metropolitan. Everyone refers to it as a nash, however towards the end of their run, Nash was purchased by American Motors. They did continue to be imported from England though. As you can see, it's not all original. White upper and ferrari red bottom, with a sort of "casino" theme since my wife is a dealer at a casino.[her car] CARS RUNS and DRIVES GREAT !!!!! Virtually everything is new or reconditioned ,such as....... Transmission: rebuilt / powder coated EVERY BUSHING, SEAL, GASKET is new Engine rebuilt Radiator reconditioned Gag tank relined Brakes new shoes, drums, hoses, lines, springs, cylinders Shocks new Clutch all components new Tires new Upolstory new Carpet new Stereo new Headliner new Sreering wheel new Windshield new heatercore reconditioned Side mirrors new Battery new Alternator new Wiring harness new...... plus more... Charging system was converted to 12 volt Door handles were removed "shaved" and replaced with remote control door poppers Stereo is an am-fm cd and also has a 3" dvd screen Back of seats are embroidery of dice Shift knob is a large red dice Steering wheel billet aluminum with cards and dice cut outs Bright white headlites Under carriage as in pics, is very clean and rust free Body has no rust Paint is very shiny , however there are some areas where the paint is thin and yellow primer is bleeding through....minor I have got literally thousands of dollars tied up in this car building it for my wife who now says she doesn't like driving a" 3 on the tree" This car has been stripped less than a year ago down to the last bolt What the car needs: Speedometer works intermittantly Wipers are inop Fuel gage inop With the after market steering wheel, I put horn and turnsignal sw on toggle switches on lower dash. I DO HAVE A TON OF ORIGINAL PARTS THAT GO WITH THIS CAR.......
