1973 Plymouth duster with original 225 slant six engine and auto trans. Originally a gold duster. Repainted in Metallic plum crazy purple. Paint is very presentable. Original gold interior. Seats have a few rips - drivers side seat back and rear seat has a couple small tears. This car has sat in storage for many years and will need some light tlc. Car starts easy and runs smooth, it drives and stops.I have driven it thru the neighborhood without any problems. Has not been on the freeway. The front floor boards are bad and have been recovered with tin. 1 small hole in rear floor behind drivers seat, but also recovered with tin. New auto carpeting, so the floors look very nice. Dash pad has a couple tears. The stereo hole has been cut out for large new style stereo system. Stereo not included. The inside of the trunk appears solid. Rear Frame has surface rust, but solid. Lower portions of both rear quarter panels have been filled to repair rust. A few other places have been filled to cover up small dents. No rust on doors or rockers.No rust under hood or inner fenders. Car does have a few small visable dents, but still looks very sharp.Windshield has a couple chips and has slightly cracked off of one of them. all other glass is good. Steering column has been replaced with another used one.Original column included.The key for the doors has been lost, the trunk lock center punched out to open with screwdriver. Car had AC, but all AC parts have been removed from under the hood. Has new tie rod ends and new gas tank. Overall this is a very sharp car and with a little work and add ons will be a valuable car. You could buy an almost mint car for $10,000 plus, or buy this at a cheap price, put some money into it and have money to spare!
