Im selling my 1989 Mercedes 190D for a very reasonable price. The car has recently been WV stated inspected. New Michelin tires abour 6k miles ago. Breaks were changed on the rear about 2k miles ago. Oil was just changed today. The car starts right up, no problems at all. The car had 232k miles on it I took it from Maryland to Florida and put over 3k miles on it during that trip and only spent $270.00 in fuel. No problems what so ever. The OEM radio works great, the antena still works, as well as the tape deck. The car has normal wear and tear for its age. The seats dont have a single rip or crease in them. Within the last 50k miles the car had quiet a bit of suspension work done on it, using OEM parts... The car gets about 40 mpg. Great every day run around car. I've owned 6 Mercedes Benz in the past 6 years and the reason I am selling this one, is im moving south with my job soon and I will be trading my current E class off to get a new one andI don't have much time to tinker with two cars at this point. I have a clear title in hand for this car. The car is 100% rust free. The 190D does need some TLC, such as the two rear window regulators will need changed, visor clips need replaced up front, and clearcoat on the roof in a small area has blimished as shown in the picture. Also the AC does not work. I haven't had anyone to look at it, I have always just used my other car when it was really hot out. The sliding roof works great. I had the headlamp bulbs recently replaced, one wasn't clipped in correctly, and it melted the assembly. I have one on order so it can will be changed out before the car sells.
