Up for sale is a rare 1970 AMC AMX, 360 4spd. go-pac car. Only 4116 AMX's made in 1970 and only 747 came with 360/4spd. All original T-10 Borg Warner trans, Hurst shifter, power brakes(disc front), posi rear end, power steering... Car currently has a 304 engine that runs good, no smoke or noise, but will not move because the clutch slips. Was last on the road (running and driven) in the mid 80's. Some rust in floors and quarters, trunk area looks good. Grille is broken. Passenger side must have been damaged at one time because the fender and door aren't original and quarter still shows damage. Interior missing headliner,seats usable, no cracks in dash. Has a clear ohio title. Repair the clutch, go thru the brakes, some tlc and drive as is or restore! Extra parts include 3 doors, 3 deck lids, rear pan and radiator. See pictures and ask questions. On Jul-28-11 at 10:12:52 PDT, seller added the following information: To answer some questions; I'm told it was side swiped in a parking lot and that's when the door was replaced- damaged quarter remains. Both door pillars and rocker were not damaged. According to my research; the go pack options this car has are: disk brakes, handling package, 7 blade flex fan, 140 mph speedometer, and 8000 tach.
