It is an ultra reliable and sought after 1997 Jaguar XJ6 in Blue with a Tan interior and it is Rust free. Last year of the bulletproof inline 4.0 liter engine. The XJ6 between 1995 and 1997 is known to be the most reliable Jaguar ever built (google it). Engine and transmission operate flawlessly as do all the electronics. Has both sport and normal transmission modes. It is quiet and quick with just over 140k original miles. Factory Connolly leather and in excellent condition overall, no cracks in the dash. It sold new for $60k. Has the factory Premium sound with a 6 Disc CD Changer. Windows work perfectly as does the sunroof. This is a smooth riding and fast car with excellent gas mileage so it nearly has it all. Runs and drives great and smooth at all speeds, including highway speeds with no vibrations. No leaks of any kind that I have ever noticed and it runs cool. It stops fast and straight without pulling. Pink slip California title in hand with current registration until 2012 and no liens or loans, its clear and in my name. Passed smog on 4/19/2011 with no issues and its currently insured. The 98+ XJ model had plastic engine components that cause them to melt and fail, the inline 4.0 liter this has is far superior to the v8 4.0 liter in the later models. Has the body style of a newer model without the headaches and price. Don't pay more for an inferior car that looks identical just because it's newer. This Jaguar is solid and straight, NO RUST AT ALL not a single bubble. Paint shines well overall with some fading on the roof, not a perfect car but an excellent quality driver. I took a lot of pictures to show it the best I can. I use it daily and its ready to drive away safely. Had a small accident that was repaired back in 2002 when it had 69k miles on it.
