You are bidding on a 1962 Chevy Impala 2 door hardtop. It has a 350 four bolt main engine with flat top pistons, and a 700R4 overdrive transmisson. The motor runs good has a polished air gap intake and a 750 dual line carb. The paint is a new chevy color it is a blurpurple a blueish purple with a white top. Has pretty good chrome and all there but the engine emblems on the fender, and the rocker panel pieces. It has 13x8 inch supreme wheels one of the original lowrider wheels. It also has a speaker box built in the rear sundeck for 3 10 inch subs. Has pretty solid floor pans and truck pan. It does have a little surface rust coming though behind the rear wheel on passenger side. Needs interior and the rubber seals for doors and truck. Also has a crack in the windshield. Frame is good and solid with no rust. It has alot of potential and is in good shape compared to other cars of this year esp. from this climate. This is one of the Best years for the impala, feel free to ask questions I will try to answer them asap and I can take more pictures of anything that you want to see. I just dont have the time or money to put into it, and want someone who does and who will appreciate the car. Have to sell it to help come up with a down payment for a house.
