1999 jeep cherokee, air cond is inoperative. front hood release cable is broken as well. if you look in the pictures their is a key ring that i rigged to open the hood. power windows work. automatic trans, 4WD works great. check engine light is ON. code p0138 O2 sensor. i got this code a few years ago and i replaced the O2 sensor-problem solved. code appeared again last month and i checked the fuse, the wiring harness back from the sensor to the fuse block, and secured the ground-----checked O2 sensor and O2 faulty. needs front wheel bearings as well. vehicle makes classic rough tire noise sound when driving due to bad bearings, (if your a jeep person you know what i mean)roof has rust on it. see pics. i just don't feel like fixing this any more. 17 MPG isnt cutting it nowadays and we bought a 35MPG car so this one is outta here. the good: 4WD is great and running strong, engine runs strong, and AT is crisp and shifts when it should. We have owned this vehicle since 2002 and it has never been abused. over the years it has required repair, AC was repaired once,front axles are new(u joints failed) and regular oil changes and ect. all doors open and close. really not alot of rust at all except on the roof. have title and lein release in hand 1000$ RESERVE. if it doesnt sell i'll just keep it and use it as a plow truck for 10 more years. this vehicle will not be relisted for any reason. call me if you want to drive it/check it out whatever you want to do. deal of the century if your looking for a handyman fixerupper 4WD truck Aaron (716) 955 9893 VIN IJ4FF68S2XL655040
