This corvair runs like new is very cheap on gas. Does need a choke replaced or mabe even a carburator. After it sets for days or in the winter you have to manually choke it to crank it. once it is cranked it cranks every time and drives better than some new vehicles. I learned how to choke it and have had no problem I will be glad to tell you how it is no major feat. It has four new tires. I replaced the clutch, starter, all brake cylinders, as well as master cylinder right after I got it about four years ago. I have driven it to shows miles away. I had it painted, the seats upholstered I put made for corvair carpet in it. There is no bondo there is no rust. This car is a keeper. It is solid. It does need the top replaced the back window is torn up. I mostly drove it in the summer with top down so I just never got serious about replacing it. I never thought about selling it. I was wanting to put a black top on it as I did the seats in red and black. I am having vision troubles and feel I can't enjoy it so I am selling it. You will have to provide for transportation if you purchase it. As for the milage I do believe they are original due to the way it runs but they may not be I can't swear to it but the registar does work. As for title the state of Alabama is not a title state for anything older than a 1973 so there is no title however I have a document from the court house stating this which will allow you to register or title it in any other state that is a title state I know this process works. If you are doubtful call your court house and explain they will tell you.
