Up for sale is my 1992 Infiniti M30 convertible. This vehicle is being sold as-is, where-is without warranty and has been recently declared a TOTAL LOSS as the result of being rear ended while stopped at a red-light on June 13, 2011. Prior to the accident, this was my daughter’s daily driver and was a very reliable car (I have taken it on 4 or 5 hour trips w/out a worry). The car is pearl white w/ a dark brown soft top and has just turned 154K miles. This car would be an excellent candidate for being parted out but I have neither the patience nor the time. The Good: - Good 3.0 Nissan motor (same as 300ZX) that always started and DID NOT burn or leak any oil. - Automatic transmission replaced earlier this year w/ 60K trans. from Albert’s auto parts in CT ($400, have receipt) with new filter and fluid at that time. - Soft top in Good condition. Some small wear spots but NO holes/tears and DID NOT leak. Good Top frame structure and hold down motors work fine. Good headliner. Clear back window. - Complete ICE COLD A/C System. - Brake rotors and Pads replaced (all 4 wheels) less than 1K miles ago. - Both Doors are clean w/ NO visible rust. - Good Hood. - Drivers front fender Good. Passenger Front Fair but some rust on the heel. - Glass and window motors all work (passenger rear a little slow). - 4 Good Factory 15" alloys w/ center caps. - Rear end (Carrier) replaced in 2009 w/ 60K carrier from Albert’s auto parts in CT (My car at 136K). - Radiator good w/ No issues or leaks. - ALL Axels, Joints, Shafts, Bearings, etc in good working order prior to accident. The Bad: - Total Loss on Title. - Extensive Rear end damage (see pics). - Slight front end damage (see pics). - Had Good tires but they were removed and replaced w/ scrubs. - Front seats are very rough but have covers. Back seat in Fair condition w/ no tears but the seam split on the top like they all do. - Exhaust system is not great, small leak by motor and assuming damage from rear. - Factory radio put back in. Tape player does not work and NO front speakers. - Car is NOT drivable because it has no back lights. Must be towed. - Power top is NOT automatic. The motor runs? but it is in bypass mode and needs to be put up/down manually. - ? I can supply more pictures if requested and will ge happy to answer any questions you have. I have access to a tow dolly and MAY CONSIDER delivering the car up to a reasonable distance for a fair price (both determined by ME).
