This is a 1988 Jeep comanche, Had it for sale on here before ( twice ) and Pulled out before I wanted it gone. I was attached to it, and Now Unfortunately I must Get rid of it. Ran Great, Used it as a Daily Driver for a while. Well I was driving it today and it decided to just stop functioning Properly Mechanically. It runs, But It won't go forward or backward and won't let move in neutral either. I personally think it is the clutch. Unfortunatly I don't have the Time or money to fix it myself now and I need a Daily driver that Runs good. It has Rust on the floorboards, They could be replaced, and the back passenger side bed has a bunch of dents in it inside of one big dent. The frame under the bed is fine, and so is most all of the rest of the frame. Could also Probably Use a couple other things, You gotta flip a switch To get power to the solinoid to start it, ( you get used to it) and you have to flip a separate Switch to get the running lights on. The engine is out of a newer Model Cherokee, and the 4x4 doesn't work because Of different Gear ratios in the Front and Rear, (4.56 in the rear) and Unknown in the front ( Prob stock). Its a Project and you should know this. You also Will Need a trailer, or Tow truck to pick it up, As I said it's movment seems to be locked. Maybe removing the Drive shaft will help moveing it? I don't know. Probaly other stuff I'm missing but What ever . If you have Question Please ask, And it is a long bed. Also included are the 33x13.50 Toyo Open countries, and a Spaghetti Mess of wires that somehow keep the truck running.On Jul-16-11 at 06:52:30 PDT, seller added the following information: Also I don't want to part it out I just want to sell it as a whole, But I don't want to give it to a Junk yard either so yeah. MAY be the Rear end , not IS. If it is only that then It would be an easy fix for someone with the time and money.On Jul-19-11 at 13:20:23 PDT, seller added the following information: Last edit. To spell it out in english, This truck does not Roll. The rear Axle is locked. Meaning It will Be difficult to put on a trailer without a winch, but not impossible. On Jul-20-11 at 09:06:13 PDT, seller added the following information: Also It comes with a Harness Pulled crappily from a 95 Cherokee, The original Speedo, And I just Replaced the Centerlink and one Tierod end comes with 4.56 gear for the front as well and some other misc. crap.
