Before I get started, let me just tell you 4 reasons why you want to buy this car! 1. NO RESERVE! So whatever it ends at that's the price you take it home at. It's that easy. 2. I am a private seller, not a dealership. No processing fees or haggling! No sales department or overhead, so when you email me, you get me and not someone else trying to make some commission. 3. The car has been paid off in full and I have the TITLE AND LEAN RELEASE IN HAND and they are waiting for YOU. When you pick it up and pay for it, you get the title right then and there. 4. This is a chance to SAVE THOUSANDS on a car that is in very good condition. Look at other Ford Flex's from 2009 and compare mileage and wear and tear, they want more. Buy this one and save BIG! This doesn't come along every day on Ebay, so get it while it's hot! HISTORY: My wife and I custom ordered our 2009 Ford Flex SEL from the factory, had it delivered to Germany (in April 2009)(I was stationed there for the Army) and we brought it back with us the next year (March 2010). Upon returning from overseas we had it first registered in Virginia (March 2010) and then we moved to Maryland and got it registered here (December 2010) where it has been ever since. The car has a current Maryland emissions inspection and passed the MD safety inspection (however it will need a new one if you plan to register it here in Maryland). We are the original and current owners and we have 2 kids so the car hasn't been ragged on. VEHICLE SPECIFICATIONS: If you want to know what the car came with, check out the build sheet placed with the original order and it has everything. The build sheet has been scanned into the pictures and it's the last one. Also, please keep in mind that the vehicle has been undercoated by Ziebart and it has warranty paperwork against rusting (not pictured) that comes with the car. VEHICLE CONDITION: Interior: The interior is in great condition. No tears on the leather. The only thing that is broken is the latch that opens up the center console. Otherwise everything works. The car came with Serius Satellite, but we do not maintain the subscription. Exterior: There are some clear coat scratches which can easily be seen on any car that has black paint (part of the flaw of owning a car with black paint) but there are 3 parts of the car that have had some kind of MINOR damage to them. 1. On the driver's side fender there is a 2mm thick gouge from a drive thru window box from Sonic (thanks to my wife). 2. On the front driver's side bumper there is a minor imprint of the license plate where I accidentally bumped another person's car (it was literally a 5mph bump), you can barely notice it and you might not even notice it if I didn't tell you. This accident was reported to the insurance company. 3. My brother-in-law 'love tapped' the passenger side rear bumper with his car. There are a few scratches and the plastic bumper is a little wavy, but it doesn't look bad. This bump was not reported to the insurance company. Overall: The paint shines up really well and save for a few minor clear coat scratches and the above mentioned damage, everything else is fine. I have included pictures of the damaged areas and I will let you draw your own conclusions :) Otherwise, the car is in great condition.MECHANICAL: I used to be a mechanic and I did a majority of the maintenance on this car. I have always used synthetic oil and performed all factory recommended maintenance at the recommended intervals. I have taken the car to have its oil changed on several occasions, but the majority of the work I have done myself. As per a Ford Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) the front brake rotors, pads, calipers and brackets were all replaced for free at our local Ford dealership and the paperwork is included. The driver's side lumbar support also was broken and replaced at the same time. This was done approximately at 32K miles. I also recently replaced the rear brake pads using Ford original parts at approximately 33K miles. The new brakes should last a long time. The oil change should last until almost 37K miles so it is good to go for quite awhile. The tires have approximately 10-15K miles of tread left. REASON FOR SALE: I got's bills to pay, and we all know what that is like. The economy is tough folks. Please email me with any questions!! I am not here to hide anything from anyone so if you aren't sure then just ask! And thanks for looking! Chris
