I purchased the car in late 2007 with approximately 15K original milage from the original owner-(sale was handled by a broker). Best I can tell from the CarFax is that the car was run very sparingly in its first few years then garaged for approximately 15 years. The owner(after her husband passed?) decided to sell. A new gas tank and radiator was installed as well as new belts and hoses. I had the car shipped to me and was extremely happy with the overall condition-I had the headliner redone and put on new tires and a new battery. So for an investment of 7K-I had an almost new "old car". The car has been driven sparingly over the past 3.5 years-primarily to and from work-about 10 miles roundtrip. I now have approximately 28K on the car. It is serviced locally and has always been garaged. Right now it is garaged in the Poconos, PA. Car is all original even down to the Bose system. All windows, seats, door locks, air conditioner(retrofit done), trip computer, etc. work. Really the best way to say it-all power options work. The one item that has been spotty is the driver side bose speaker. I have purchased a new one that needs to be installed-the speaker is powered by an amp in the assembly. As you can see in the pictures it looks like a stone cracked the right high beam. Of course car has never been in an accident. I have set the reserve at about half of what I paid because my insurance company wont cover a car parked out of state and I have purchased a new car.
