1974 Super Beetle restored, (less than 500 miles since conversion), with new floor pans,complete rubber seals, new brake linings, brake lines, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, new rear coil over ajustable shocks, new front struts, new carpet, new interior, new cd player and new tires. I restored this VW and converted it to 96 volt electric. Car is in very good condition. Conversion details: 8" Advanced DC motor, 500 amp open revolt motor controller, PB6 pot box, 500 amp inline slow blow fuse, battery pack is 8-125 Ah deep cycle batteries, 1 -12 volt accessory battery, onboard 96 volt battery charger with new 800 watt gas generator for additional charging. I recharge with solar panels now. Speed 65-70 mph with a range of 20-30 miles per charge with lead acid battery pack. Gauges for accessory battery voltage, motor amperage, State of charge for main battery pack. 5- batteries mounted behind rear seat and 1 under rear seat with 2 in the front trunk for main 96 volt battery pack. To complete totally needs seat ajustment hardware, passenger side window crank gear. Also have another front windshield and 2 side rear windows.
