Vehicle Detail

Take a trip back to 1979 with this BLACK BEAUTY! It is in very good condition and runs and drives very well. The whole car is very solid and tight. This car has been serviced and well maintained throughout it's life. It has new exhaust, an automatic transmission and a super sound rebuilt 350cc engine. To many new parts to list. This is a mighty fine 1979 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 for sale. This Chevy Camaro Z/28 is a true Z/28, not a reproduction the real deal. All numbers match. It looks, runs and drives very smoothly. It's a mostly-original car that has been modified just a bit, mainly the engine compartment the heart and soul of the car. This beautiful Chevy Camaro Z/28 turns a lot of heads on the streets. It is a magnet for the pretty ladies. Anywhere you go people are attracted to it. Soak up all the attention and the thumbs up you'll get from driving this great American classic around town. Perhaps you'll pretend you're back in High School and you're on a Saturday Night cruise. Whatever the case you'll have a blast driving around in your newly acquired Classic Chevy Camaro Z/28 The original engine block, Chevy 350cc. was rebuilt about 4 years ago with Edelbrock Power Package. It was bored out to .30 over which now makes it a 355 with 435 horse power. The engine has less then 2000 kilometers in miles that’s less then 1300 miles. The engine really hasn’t even been broken in yet. It’s still like brand new. This is a super solid car and you can see by the photos how nice and straight the body is all around. It’s paint job shines like a mirror. The odometer inside the car reads 134,000 miles. This is how many miles are on the car. The rocker panels have the factory drain holes in them and are rust free. The whole car is rust free. The interior is original and the interior cloth is all in good shape. The dash is crack-free. This is a nice, low mileage Chevy Camaro and it shows. The paint and decals were done about 4 years ago. There is no blistering, bubbling or rust anywhere on the car. Check out the undercarriage for yourself in the close-up photo gallery, you will see how clean the under neath is. Click on the photos for a close up and then for even a closer look click on the photos again. This car has never seen winter. It has always been stored. The only time it is taken out of the garage is on a sunny Sunday afternoon, I would take it for a ride down to the lake and back. Most everything works as it should, and the car always starts right up. The cruise control isn't hooked up, nor is the heat or air conditioning. All gauges work and they register water temp and oil pressure as they should. I have taken it to a car show last year and won an award for best original muscle car, voted by the judges. There is a lot of shinny chrome under the hood. The engine is so clean you can eat off of it. I would say that this car is a show car, but you can drive it anytime you like. They don’t make them like they use to, so to find one in this good of a shape is very rare. Some Features and Upgrades: * 134.00 Kilometers converts to 83,000 Miles * 350cc engine Rebuilt and bored out .30 now makes it a 355 with 435 hp. * New Battery * New Bearings/Seals * New Cam Shaft * New Valves/Valve Springs, Air Shocks in the back. * New Lifters * All New Gaskets * Crack-Free Dash * New Brakes Heavy Duty kind * New Exhausts * New Gas Tank * New Air Shocks * Power Windows * Power Steering * Many, many more NEW parts to many to list. I've seen two Z/28s go on eBay in the last 60 days. One was red and it was bid up to over $15k. And the other was blue and it sold with buy-it-now of $15,900. I love these cars and apparently I'm not alone. 1979 was getting near the end of the second generation Chevrolet Camaro's - a great American muscle car. The chassis and suspension of the second generation was greatly refined in both performance and comfort, and even the base models offered significant advances in sound-proofing, ride isolation, and road-holding. Everything seems to work as it should and the car always starts right up. Acceleration has no hesitation and the car shifts smoothly through the gears. A B&M Racing Quick Shifter was installed for the transmission. For the rear end it is a turbo 3.73:1 posi traction rear end. This is a Chevy Camaro you can just enjoy as is for many more miles to come. It's a fun ride, it looks great, it turns a lot of heads on the streets and I have it at a fair price it’s priced to sell. I am asking only ?. I have seen others not as good as this one sell for over $18,000. There are two right now on ebay selling for $27,995.00 This is a great investment. The value of this car will only keeping going up. Also included is a nice Alpine Stereo with a remote controller. There are four 10" Kenwood Speakers with a 5" Tweeters. The sound is amazing. This car has always been babied. The oil and filter has been changed every three months, if it needed it or not. I do not like to see dirty oil, for me the cleaner the better. You will also receive the original car owner manual, assembly manual and the original receipt when purchase back in 1979. Thanks for checking out this classic muscle car.
