This is a beautiful 1976 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0 Targa (Removable roof that folds into a small square and can be placed in the trunk). This car was originally from Germany and brought back to the USA by original owner. It is Grand Prix white with black leather interior and dark blue carpet. It was not available in the USA until 1980. We are the 3rd owners and have a 5' binder overflowing with every single detail of things done to the car since day 1. It currently has racing seats in it, but we have the original leather seats in MINT condition. The odometer reads 113K miles but it only has 14K on the recently rebuilt engine.The engine is still a 3.0 but the original engine could not be saved so a 1980 3.0 is in it now. It is a 5 speed manual transmission. The interior of the car is in meticulous shape--the leather, carpets etc are all perfect. The racing seats are not in great shape but as previously stated the original seats are MINT. The exterior looks great but the back right side does have some chips of paint missing but no rust. We currently have the whale tail on it !!!!! We have many extra parts for the car (3 boxes full) and both types of shifters (the one in it is the short one, the other is the original longer thinner one) and the manuals. We have the bra, sun protectors for windshield, car cover, first aid kit and extinguisher. The small back seats are still in and fold down. The car has electric windows and mirrors, cruise control, intermittent wipers, headlight washers, automatic climate control, AM/FM/Tape player, spoilers and fog lamps. This car is a huge head turner--I've actually had people stop to take pictures of the car when I'm out driving it. It is so much fun to drive and just watch people staring at the car. I can never stop without being approached with questions about it. Unfortunately, we can not drive it comfortably anymore due to back surgeries, so it's sitting in the garage dying to be taken out and driven! She's a truly beautiful car.
