What you are bidding on a mean 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Car has alot of speed parts and is a true street machine with a true pontiac powerplant. Car has T-tops, no A/C (so under the hood is nice and clutter free) Engine: Engine is a pontiac 350 with 6x heads. Engine has been rebuilt and has less than 1000 miles on it. The engine has edelbrock alumnium intake, holley carb, hooker 4 tube headders, big cam (you can hear it lope at idle) moroso chrome valve covers, chrome oil pan, moroso wires, accel super coil, msd ignition box. Engine is SUPER strong! Car screams Trans: Rebuilt Turbo 350 trans with manual valve body, shift kit, 3200 stall convertor, alumnium finned pan, b&m ratchet shifter. Trans shifts nice and crisp! Rear: Posi traction 10 bolt with traction bars and chrome cover Exhaust: Hooker 4 tube headders connected to new 2 1/2 true dual exhaust. Dual high flow cats and dual flowmaster mufflers, tailpipes and stainless tips Wheels: front: center line wheels 15x7 with 225 60 15 bf goodrich radial t/a's rear: center line wheels 15x8 with 275 60 15 bf goodrich radial t/a's Tire are in good shape with decent tread. Suspension: Suspension is in good shape. Ball joints and bushings have been replaced and are in great shape! Springs are good, car is sits up nice and does not sag. Frame connectors help stiffen up the car as well. Brakes are good as well, new front callipers and pads. Interior: Black hobnail cloth seats. All seats are in great shape. Driver seat has tear on left side. Dash is PERFECT with no cracks! Brand new auto meter gauges, speedometer, vacum, tach, oil pressure, temp, fuel and volts. 4 point roll bar in back sits nice and does not obstruct back seat passangers. B&M mega shifter. headliner is in great shape as well as the black carpet. rollup windows. door panels are in decent shape as well. rear window defogger in the glass Speed parts: lightweight centerline rims, traction bars, frame connectors, 4 point roll bar, full auto meter gauges, manual valve body, shift kit, deep alumnium trans pan, 3200 stall convertor, B&M mega shifter, headders, high flow cats, flowmaster mufflers, edelbrock intake, holley carb, msd ignition, big cam. Body: Body is in EXCELLENT condition!!! Very solid!! All Trans Am wheel flares and spoilers are there and in great shape! Shaker scoop is open for ram air. No rot anywhere! Solid quarters, trunk is very solid, solid floor pans, solid rockers, bottoms of doors are rust free, rear pan behind bumper that normally rots is PERFECT. Car is painted cobalt blue metallic. Paint is in decent shape, good 20 footer, little oxydized but still looks good. One area of left side has a dent that was banged out sloppily, metal isn't smooth, but not bondo'd see pic, left t-top are has a little spot where some rust had started see pic as well. This is the only section on the car that has any sort of rust. Front grills are in good shape as well, which is almost unheard of on these cars! Electrical: All lights work as should. headlights, taillights, turn signals, high beams, wipers etc. Car overall is a great example of what a trans am is meant to be, a street terror! Car runs GREAT!!! doesn't smoke, knock or tap and it flat out FLIES!! Turns heads everywhere it goes!
