1990 Lotus Espirit SE Turbo. The vehicle is in Excellent condition inside and out. The interior is near perfect for a vehicle of this age. I am very particular and i am very pleased with the vehicle in its current condition. The interior leather is in great condition other then one area on the driver seat the size of a quarter that the blue is wearing (not ripped or wrinkled, just the blue is wearing off that given area of the leather) off from the driver getting in and out. I will have that photo listed even though you probably wont identify the area because im being very picky. Other then that there is some cracking of the wood material around the gauges which is very common. This would be a very easy fix with some synthetic wood grain adhesive paper for a creative person. The nice thing is the small cracking is only visible to the driver while he or she is sitting in the driver seat. Even at that point the cracking is more around the perimeter of the gauges so you have to really look closely. In addition, the interior has upgraded knobs on the heating controls, etc. and a stainless racing clutch assembly for easier shifting. I would RATE the Interior a 9.5+ out of 10. The exterior is near perfect as well for a vehicle of this age. The paint shines very nice and the body is extremely straight. The paint is not faded and there are very very few rock chips (especially with this vehicle being so low to the ground). The vehilcle does come with a painted roof that lifts out where a sunroof would be placed and a large glass sunroof which tilts or is removable. The only area that can be addressed on the exterior to make the vehicle near showroom condition is the front ground effects. They have been scraped thru low intersections or uneven pavement. In my opinion, the front ground effects are slightly uneven due to this issue. A very easy fix if the new owner feels its necessary or if he or she drives on perfect roads. The overall clearance is similar to a corvette. So the chances of you scraping in the future no matter how careful you are is probable. I would RATE the Exterior a 9.3+ out of 10. The vehicle is currently inspected and to my knowledge mechanically very sound. It runs and drives great as it should. The turbo works very smoothly , responsive and powerful. The vehicle is very fun to drive and handles amazingly. I am selling this car after owning it for a number of years due to relocation. The vehicle is located one hour south of Pittsburgh, Pa.
