Vehicle Detail
For sale is my 2002 Saab 9-5. It has around 160k on the clock, I use it as a commuting car between home in Plainwell and my college in Sault Ste. Marie (I will have the car in Plainwell for pick up, I can meet you anywhere along I94, US131 or I69). The car's body is in pretty good condition, there are some small issues (missing headlight washer nozzle, scratches, one dent (pictured)), I am not trying to "hide" anything here. The interior is in pretty good condition also. I have made some really nice upgrades to the car. I have upgraded the stereo, the springs and the intake. The intake is a K&N cone filter, it added about three highway MPG (I have seen 34mpg, avg is 31mpg). The springs are Eibach springs, they lowered the car about an inch. Finally, the stereo. The stereo has been completely redone: Head unit: Jensen vm9414 w/ Bluetooth, also wired to play movies at any time. There's hook ups for the XM module too, the XM antenna is installed next to the GPS antenna.GPS works excellent. Also includes an 8GB flash drive and 4GB SD card for media files. Front speakers: Upgraded to Kicker 3.5" 3-way speakersDoor Speakers: Boston Acoustics SR60 component speakers (hooked to amp)Rear Deck Speakers: Kenwood 5x7" Speakers (also hooked to amp)Amplifier: 350w Kenwood 2-channel amp, will also throw in a 320w 4ch. Boston Acoustics GTA-504 amplifier (turns on, no further testing was done) Wiring: Speaker wire is 14ga., there are two fused lines to the battery currently they're hooked to the positive and negative terminals. What's wrong with the car is this: The A/C needs to be recharged, the strut bushing on the front right corner is shot and creaks when you turn the wheel and the sway bar bushing is shot and makes some noise at low-speeds. * Note: in some pictures, you will see a ham radio and antenna. These are NOT included. * Please note: Buyer agrees to pay a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. I don't have time to mess around with people not showing up or whatever. On Jul-07-11 at 12:30:57 PDT, seller added the following information: I'd also like to add that the tires are in decent condition and the turbo works great. The exhaust system has a slight leak, the exhaust is 100% stock, so it's 50-state compliant with emissions. The steering wheel buttons were not hooked up to the new radio, there is an adapter that you can order through Crutchfield or what-have-you that will enable them to work... oh, the OnStar won't work either because of the new radio. I would not hesitate to drive this car across the country right now. AND: I can deliver to car to you for $1/mile. Thanks.
