Up for bid is a great looking and driving 280 ZX that had a bumper to bumper restoration done 4 years and 4000 miles ago. The car started out as an unfinished project that needed painting and assymbly. The body was very straight and had zero rust issues. Originally came in white and was painted with a basecoat/clearcoat that was buffed and polished. The color is an original shade and looks perfect. The running gear is in excellent condition and everything works as it should.This Z has air conditioning and everything is there, but has never been charged. It is turbocharged and has 4-wheel disk brakes, 5-speed, great tires and goes down the road like new. All the glass, T-tops and weatherstrips are in very good condition with no leaks. The interior has also been gone through with new carpet, freshened up interior panels and leather seats look great. The wheels are not original but we have the original set that will need to be polished and they are included. I'm selling this car because I just turned 83 and need to thin out my toys. I think this would make an excellent investment to enjoy as I have. It needs nothing to enjoy as is and is very dependable. When I took out the title it showed 1980. The turbo engine came with the car along with the wheels and that's what we used.
