Strong engine that starts and goes each and every time. Great on gas with ice cold A/C. Well maintained and still in pristine condition. The reverse gear slipped and doesn't seem to work any longer. The vehicle drives fine and wouldn't hesitate driving it anywhere from North to South or West to East coasts!!! The Story:There lived a man who wanted a vehicle that solely belonged to him. He longed for an automotive that involved no children, no food, no drinks, a man's vehicle that he could enjoy all by himself (with the exception of date nights now and then). So, the compromise began, he was granted his wish and lived happily for a very long time (over 12+ years). The children grew up and moved away, the wife had her own toy vehicle along with a 'Family Car' that suited everyone involved. Well, recently, the man came upon a job offer that involved moving a few states away. With 4 vehicles and only two drivers, something had to go. So, it is with resignation that my man is giving up his beloved, well maintained, immaculately kept SUV. As mentioned above, the reverse does not work properly, but she drives perfectly otherwise without hesitation. Our up-coming re-location is our ONLY reason for selling. There will be another story that will probably begin again in another state, but for now, this one is parting ways in the Pacific Northwest........The Frequently Asked:~ Why are you selling it if it's such a great vehicle? We are moving several states away. We currently have 4 vehicles and are unable to drive / transport them all. ~How dependable is it? Starts up and drives smoothly each and every time ~What can I expect with its value? There is no hesitation that the Pathfinder could drive to Arizona and back without a problem. The engine is strong and can tow if needed. The 4-wheel drive function has gotten us out of some snowed in conditions. ~Where is it registered? The current registration is valid until 06/2012 and currently registered in Oregon. It currently has personalized vanity plates, but the new owner may choose to switch to regular plates. ~Would it pass DEQ?
