I am selling this 1954 Oval to free up some cash for another project . This car is in Great driver/restoring condition . The car has its original floor pans except for the battery area that only had a very small hole followed by some minor pin holes. I only replaced this since I thought a hole free floor would be better. The paint on the car is somewhat shiny and dull with some surface rust coming through in areas. The deck lid is original and is the hood and all fenders. I drive this car ocasionally and it gets tons of looks. It currently has the original 1200 36hp engine that has been rebuilt. The engine runs extremely smooth , and is very quiet. The trans shifts very smooth . It has a Older Hurst shifter in it also. I have new door panels that go with the car along with new carpet . Someone put one piece windows in it. The front suspension is a 5 inch narrowed beam with dropped spindles. It has stainless brake lines on it . I completely rebuilt the brake system down to the springs and clips. Emergency brake works , all lights work including the semiphores. This car drives very good and it a great car to continue restoring. I am going to let the auction run and start the auction at $1.00 and also list it with no reserve. I am open to anyone coming to see the car and drive it home.
