COMMENTS:When this vehicle was shown at the Mopar Nationals a few years back, Galen Govier examined it and stated he had never seen one (Yes SE-500's are that rare) The original matching numbers 383 magnum 335 horse engine is 100% stock and unmodified. The original intake manifold, original exhaust manifolds, original air cleaner assembly and the original paint is still on the engine and in excellent condition. The only mod is the original Carter AVS carb has been replaced with a new one. Fires right up and settles into a lopey idle with a deep subdued exhaust note from the factory dual exhaust. PERFECT STRAIGHT BODY, no dents, no waves, no body filler, no patch panels or replacement body panels and yes all pans are original... This body has not been cut!!! Spectacular paint in correct B5 Blue done in modern two stage acrylic urethane base/clear done to show quality standards and without the vinyl top usually present to mar the long straight body lines. Excellent glass and all windows operate smoothly. Excellent window whiskers, Weather Stripping and Trunk Molding. Show detailed trunk contains the original Goodyear PolyGlas spare that has never touched the road, Original Jack Assembly and Original Trunk Mat. Last but not least is the super rare California Emmissions Tube seen on the right inside of trunk!!! There is a small top coat scratch maybe an inch long near the headlight on the passenger side and a 1 1/2" paint split on the high point, center hood. Vehicle is sold AS-IS.
