Up for sale is my 1971 AM General mail truck. When I got it the roof had been cut off and hadn't ran in many years. The motor is a 232 AMC straight 6 and runs great. The auto transmission needs work because when you shift it into gear nothing happens. Brakes work great even after sitting for so long they are still firm and have no leaks. With the exception of the transmission the car is ready to drive, the suspension and steering are in perfect condition and tires are pretty much new. I was planning on smoothing out the back and making a roadster to drive around town that would get pretty good gas mileage but i need to sell to pay rent. I do not have the title for it but the lady I bought it from had put a lean sale on it, she said all the paper work went through and gave me a copy and a bill of sale so registering shouldn't be a problem, or using it for parts is an option too because the jeeps share a lot of the same parts.
