1980 Suzuki GS450L chopper This suzuki is built up as a 70's style chopper. It is a stock frame that has been hardtailed with lots of custom parts. 1.5 gallon mini sportster tank, 70's rigid seat, custom sissy bar, custom pegs, re-fitted honda rear 16" wheel, 21" front wheel with brand new dunlop tire, 40's chevy truck taillight, vintage tractor spot light used as a headlight, custom handlebars, schwinn grips. When I got this bike it barely ran around the neighborhood. It now has a brand new electrosport stator and regulator/rectifier and I replaced the ignition module because the original was only firing on one coil. I replaced both coils with newer coils and cleaned and re-jetted the carbs for the new exhaust and pod filters. This bike now runs STRONG and I've been riding it to work almost every day for the past few weeks with no issues other than a small oil leak. I think it needs a new cam seal and possibly a clutch pushrod seal. It is only a 450cc, but with it only weighing about 300 lbs it pulls very hard and still surprises me when I twist the throttle. I have about a 25 mile commute to work on country roads and a major highway and the bike does fine at slow speeds and at highway speeds. This bike will be sold with a bill of sale only.
