This is an exceptional example of a 1999 Mustang Cobra. It's in excellent condition inside and out and it's got some great factory features, including leather seats and MACH 460 audio system that sounds fantastic. This is a lifetime Florida car, so it hasn't been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has obviously been VERY well cared for. If you've been waiting around for a truly nice Cobra to show up on eBay, your patience has just paid off. This one if for the discriminating shopper. The Rio Red paint shines brilliantly all around, and there aren't any notable dents or dings. There is no accident history or signs of damage repair. The Autocheck report is clean. Exterior features include SVT alloy wheels, a rear spoiler fog lamps, unique Cobra front and rear fascias, and Cobra and SVT badges. The interior is also excellent shape - remarkable for a 1999. The seats have no holes, rips or tears. The dash, carpets, and door panels are also in fine shape. The driver's seat has power controls. The rear seat in this Mustang is also in very good shape. You can fold down the seat backs if you need extra cargo area. This Mustang has some nice features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; MACH 460 AM/FM/Cassette/CD stereo; Tilt wheel; Cruise control; Cold air conditioning; Rear defroster, and more. Safety features include dual air bags, ABS and Traction Control. All of the power functions work, the A/C blows cold, and the CD player works. The 5 speed manual shifts perfectly. The trunk is clean, and mats are included. The 4.6 liter SVT-built V8 runs strong. Its factory rated at 320hp and 317 lb-ft of torque.. The tires have good tread remaining. Current mileage on the car is 82,524 This car may driven, so mileage may be a little higher by the time the auction is over. Legal Disclaimer: The parties agree to the following with regard to dispute resolution: Any disputes between the parties must first be addressed by mediation. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals. The parties recognize that the State of Florida has laws which provide for the shifting of the burden of attorney fees.
