Here is an opportunity to own a 30 year old Honda motorcycle in very very good original condition. With low mileage of a mere 988 miles, it has years and years of life remaining. This one has obviously been garaged all of its life and is original except for a new battery installed last year. Also, the previous owner added a waterproof starter switch conveniently located on the left side (the key side). That addition was a great thing as this model is known for intermittent start switch operation. This high quality switch add gives you 100% reliable operation for the electric starter. Of course you may wish to use the kick start as well as this model is equipped with that also. This cycle starts and rides like new. It's in terrific shape and includes many desirable options.........an original operators manual, its original key which works in ignition, helmet lock, and fork lock.......an original Honda tool kit, and even a factory service manual that I bought on ebay. I also searched and found the much desired rear baskets which makes this cycle even more handy. Bring home your groceries, carry lots of stuff in the three different baskets, or go to garage sales with it. Also included is an original sales sheet for the bike. Gosh, with this cycle you become an instant "collector" ! Many use these in campgrounds as they are so quiet they won't disturb neighbors even late at night. There are also clubs and organizations for this model. It rides two people comfortably, and top speed is in the 30-45 mph range depending on # of passengers and grade. The C70 Passport remains one of the most trusted of all designs in the world, with ongoing production in many Asian countries. They are quality, long-life machines whose 4-stroke engines are so quiet when idling they are utterly amazing to listen to. No need to mix oil and gas, this cycle runs on regular gas. I took a shot of the slight checking found on both tires. These tires have tubes so I have never worried about them, but if you ever do, replacements for both front and back with new tubes can be purchased on ebay for around $75 shipped right to your door. There are any parts you will ever want or need on the internet for these bikes, or you can go to your Honda dealer. The oil has been freshly changed, and everything is fully operational (other than the original engine start button as discussed above). There is no work required here. You are ready to drive with this nice cycle. Oh yes, it has no bad habits. It starts easily, and does not leak any fluids anywhere even after sitting over the winter. Honda advertised up to 130 mpg for this model. You know what that means...........probably 100 mpg is more likely, but wow wouldn't that be nice with the price of gasoline on something so handy as this bike.
