This local car has had tons of work done probably to much to list but here it goes!! The front end was completely rebuilt with new tyrod ends, ball joins, coil springs, front and rear shocks. The brakes were completely rebuilt when restored. The front bumper was removed and rechromed and the rear bumper has bumperetts installed. The grill and grill chrome was replaced top and bottom and a new emblem installed as well as custom made "396" marker light emblems and they look factory!! The rebuilt 396 motor was built to 396-325 HP specs and is a 1969 Era correct motor. Everything under the hood is new including the starter, alternator, MSD system, PS pump, wiper motor and pump, correct Q-jet carb, and tons of chrome to resemble a factory motor. The Drive shaft was rebuilt and balanced. The car has the Original 12 bolt rear-end on the car but ws rebuilt. The body work and 2 stage black paint job are superior quality and the body is laser straight. The outside Malibu side chrome was removed, holes filed and pin stripping added. The car also has a new windshield, new SS hood and hood insulation pads and new firewall grills. The car has a new complete interior in including rebuilt console, new dash pad, new ss gauge cluster and tach, glove box, radio antenna, factory rosewood steering wheel, sill plates, rebuilt dash and speedometer (reset at 0), new convertible top with glass back window, custom "Chevelle" floor mates, new window handles and door and trunk rubber. Trunk cleaned and painted correct factory black and turquoise spackle paint. Trunk accessories cleaned and painted. New Jacking instruction deal and new customer car cover. New correct matching spare tire and wheel. The car has new chrome rally wheels, Gm disc brake hubcaps and BF goodrich red strip tires.The car also has new mirros and wheel well chrome and 2 1/2" exhaust.
