Sorry I tried to correct a typo (on trunk) and ended up copying the add twice. We drove the car on Mothers Day on a 180 mile trip without any problems but I noticed the water pump started seeping so will try to get that fixed so it can be driven home if need be. The wiper motor needs replaced and the power antenna doesn't go all the way down.There is a rip in the seat on the driver side and the drivers arm rest pad is worn. The rest of the interior is in very good condition for its age but it has faded over the years.The dash is cracked but is covered with a dash mat. Again, this is a running and driving 1959 2 door coupe that isn't a rust bucket, and still has the original numbers matching engine in it that you can drive home. It is not a show car but a very original driver. I have also been asked about the history of the car. I puchased it out of an estate a few years back from Rawlins Wy. I was told it has been a dry Wyoming car for most its life, maybe all, I don't know, seems like alot of info was unknown after the previous owner died. He had a local guy paint it many years ago (20+ maybe??) and It still looks good for a driver. The people handling the estate contacted the painter and he told them that he didn't recall any rust in the body at the time he painted it. I will try to get some pics of the floors and undercarriage also.
