Up for auction is a 1984 Rabbit Diesel 2-Door Hatchback with 4 speed transmission, which has 201,000 miles on it. The engine does not burn oil. I have some extra tires and rims and some other miscellaneous small parts. The interior needs refurbishing and could use floors. The car is original and does have rust. Air is getting into the fuel system, so the car is not running that good. I drove this car to work for 7 years and it got around 40 MPG. Although this car is currently registered in Connecticut, I am selling it AS IS/WHERE IS for a parts car. I will NOT SHIP this vehicle. It MUST be PICKED UP. Payment will be cash upon pickup and I will not consider the car sold until it is paid for. Winning bidder must pick up this vehicle within 5 days. I will not hold it. It is also listed locally, so the item will be removed from the listing if it is sold locally. Please do not hesitate to email with any questions. The front driver's seat, as you can see, is ripped. The passenger seat is not ripped, however it is soiled. There is no rear seat. It was removed and I do not have it. It also needs a new headliner as it does not have one. The dash is pretty good.
