This is a 1937 Ford Truck Chasis Frame Car 1935,1936, 1937, 1938, 1939, 1940 Bagged or not if prefered!! Custom Built Very stout 4 link setup. Plated front and rear. Fat Man Mustang 2 conversion already installed. Can run coilovers or bags in front and rear. Rear would need the brackets to run coilovers This is an almost Rolling Chasis, Mustang 2 conversion installed, frame plated, 4 linked in rear. It is set up for air bags but can easily go with whichever suspension you prefer. I will include 2 air bags for the rear but a set for the front will need to purchased depending on what ride hieght and travel you prefer. I also have the upper mount plates for the rear air bags that will need to be welded in once a ride hieght and wheel and tire combo has been determined. The Rear end is a 10 bolt out of a Grenada and is being freshened up with new brake parts, turned drums, gear oil and gasket and will be primed black. The rear end is at the shop being worked on so it is not shown in the 4 link setup but has been mounted and all brackets are already installed as you can see in some of the pics. I will show some of the unit in progress and some before we started the refresh. I bought this as a project and have gone in a different direction. I am going to go with more of a rat rod setup. I have sold the fenders and running boards and am keeping the cab and grill shell, lights. This original modified chasis is too nice for what I am wanting to build now. This frame is much more suited for a hot rod, street rod, pro street, classic truck or even an updated original car or truck. Everything is there from the power rack to the new rotors, ford calipers, brake pads, control arms, spindles, rear end, 2 air bags. What is left to do? Decide on wheels/tires and ride hieght and weld in upper bag plates, weld cross bar in for shock mounts once wheelbase is determined and set up. Frame may need to be c notched in rear depending on hieght and travel desired, but, may not be needed. Dissasmble, sand and paint chasis and othe misc items(everything is basically mocked up to easily disassemble for paint) Please note: this is not a NEW frame. It is a modified original but in very nice condition. It has a little pitting in some areas that should be able to be seen in the pics, but nothing major. If this is is a big concern, I would say to come see for yourself before bidding. I have described to the best or my ability. Frame is located near Charlotte NC if you want to come see it. Pickup only after sale item is paid for. I will be glad to help someone load it on a truck, tralier or car hauler. Frame is forsale locally so auction may end early if sold locally.
