This is a beautiful tour bike. The GSG series is highly reliable and incredibly long lasting. It's a 1981 with 14058 miles. The previous owner serviced it just before I bought it. I purchased the bike last year and had only ridden it 20 miles. Since I've purchased it- the carbs have been cleaned, the air intakes replaced, and new rubber liners. Lots of general work done and small parts replaced. Brand new battery installed- Starts right up and runs beautifully. According to the mechanic- there is a direct short off of the fuse box behind ignition switch. The bike is great besides the short and I'm told it is an easy fix.
