This is a 1966 Chrysler Imperial Crown in very good condition. The body is black with a factory black vinyl roof. The interior has white leather seats in excellent condition, and black carpeting. It is equipped with a 440 V8 engine, automatic transmission, air conditioning, and power steering, brakes, seats, and windows. The tires, brakes, glass, frame, and body are all in excellent condition. The car was recently tuned up and serviced, and it runs and drives great. It does not have any major mechanical problems or require any major repairs. There are cosmetic items that could use some attention: minor paint blemishes, failing headliner, small bumps under vinyl roof, but no rust holes. The trunk carpet and cardboard liner are new. The wheel covers are from a '64 Imperial and the glass head light covers are from a '65 imperial, but otherwise it is all original. The chrome bumpers show some small amounts of surface deteriation, but are straight with no dents.This is an original Southern California "Black Plate" car that I purchased from the Peterson Auto Museum in Los Angeles in 2005, and it had been garage kept.
