Mercedes Benz 230SL, 1965, VIN#11304 21201 0295. Original and in Quality Condition. White with Red Leather interior, White Hardtop, Black Softtop. Purchased from an original owner who bought the vehicle at Benzel-Bush, Bergen County, NJ. Vehicle has been completely gone over and vertually needs nothing. Oil pressure and compression ratio perfect. Can be driven daily or stored as an investment. Always protected and not driven in the winter or inclement weather. Front end parts replaced, ball joints, bushings. Engine, Trans, Rear, no problems, does not burn/smoke, or leak oil, no abnormal noises. No blue smoke when first starting up. Car can sit for weeks and one touch of the key and she turns right over. All electrical components replaced, voltage regulator, relays, Thermo-time switch, coil, wires, plugs, cap and rotor, points and condenser, headlamps,bulbs,etc. Tires, suspension,brakes,exhaust fine. No body damage, floor pans fine, rocker panels were replaced. Some minor bubbles, chips, in paint. All lenses, glass, exterior/interior parts intact. Visors, visor retainers, horn, and ash tray replaced. Chrome Mercedes Rims on vehicle have some repairable oxidation but the vehicle also comes with the original complete set of rims and chrome hubcaps(5) with painted white centers. All filters replaced, oil, air, gas, injector gaskets, fuel treatment. Car serviced recently, oil, grease, front bearings re-packed, tires balanced, rotated, and pressure checked, trans, rear, fluids, wiper blades, anti-freeze, thermo, hoses. Have also had seatbelts installed. No rips, cracks, tears, or dry rot in Leather interior. Vehicle has A/C compressor attached but not hooked up to interior. Have lines and clamps. Original AM/FM/SW radio and tool/lug kit. Power steering, power assisted disc brakes. Hardtop is currently being painted white to match the vehicle. Pictures show convertible top and primed hardtop.
