1979 Volkswagen Conv. Beautiful 1979 VW Beetle Convertible. Florida Blue with black interior and black top. Has owners manual and boot for top. original continental spare tire. I have owned several 1978 and 1979 Conv. and this one by far has to be the nicest. It is all original right down to the paint and top. The top looks as though it is brand new. The paint shines nicely with only minor stone chips which have been touched up. There is absolutely no rust on this VW. The underside is just beautiful. The condition of this car looks as though it is 3 or 4 years old. The interior is perfect with the exception of a split in drivers seat (minor) on seam. The dsah is great no cracks, the headliner is perfect, no drooping or tears. These cars are only original once. The VW still has its fuel injection and fires right up with one turn of the key. She is equipped with front disc brakes. This car was built in December of 1979, making it one of the last Convertibles built. The floor covering looks new, has mats over the front. VW locking gas cap and VW locking engine compartment. Does has aftermarket am-fm CD player which works great. Tires are nearly new. Original 67,000 miles. Always garaged and maintained. Brakes are newly new. This car needs very little to be perfect. Has a couple of slight dings on drivers rear fender. Didn,t fix because, it has never had paint work and didn,t bother me, the next owner can repair of needed. (area pictured. Please email or call with any questions 574-220-6661.
