In late July of 1975, Elvis Presley broke his own record and that of Madison Cadillac, Inc. in Tennessee by buying 14 Cadillacs on the same day including one for a total stranger. This Eldorado is one of those cars bought that day. The car was put in his dad Vernon’s name after the purchase and was sold or traded by Vernon back to the dealership at a later time. This car has been in a small automotive museum in the resort town of Helen, GA for several years. It has only covered an average of 1,400 miles per year over the last 36 years and now has less than 52,000 miles on the odometer. The car is in very good overall condition and runs and drives well. It is a serious “blast from the past” with its big V8, red leather, and wide whitewalls. The reserve is very reasonable and well below the buy-it-now price and WAY below what other Elvis cars have sold for in the recent past so you won’t be wasting your time. One of the other Cadillacs bought that day was a sedan that brought $32,000 at the Barrett-Jackson auction. The car comes with a bill of sale only.
