Up for auction is my really nice rabbit diesel 4 speed with AC. This car will be sold at auction with a $100 starting bid and NO reserve!!! This car was purchased new here in the south and has always been a southern car. With alot of life left in it, the odometer and vehicle condition honestly represent 136,000 miles- and YES, the odometer works! In the last 500 miles this car has had: A new timing belt, timing belt tensioner, water pump, battery, fuel filter, windshield and a new set of tires. This car cranks up, runs and drives great. It doesnt knock, smoke or rattle. The A/C has been converted to 134A and is COLD. With the current fuel prices, it doesnt take very long to figure out how practical this car really is!! it will get 45-50 mpg. As you can see in the pics, the body on this car is straight and true and the interior is generally pretty clean. The dash is crack free. As you can see in the pics, this car represents itself nicely but has its imperfections just like any other 27 year old car. There are miscellaneous dings and scuffs but nothing more. There is no evidence of a previous accident or accident repair. Its obvious that this car has always been a southern car. The wheel wells are clean. There is absolutely no rust on the underside of the car, rain tray, or strut towers. The only rust to be found is on the rear panel next to the tail pipe- which is very common even on southern cars. I will supply the new owner with a GA bill of sale and a tag reciept so that they can tag/ title it in their state. On cars 1985 and older, the state of GA doesnt require a title, therefore, there is no title. This car can be legally transferred to any state. Please check DMV dot org or contact your local DMV for further info. As always, I have tried to give as accurate a description as humanly possible.
