You are looking at one of the finest pre owned Porsches I've come across. This particular Porsche belonged to my neighbor. It has sat in his garage since 2000. It was his pride and joy, it has never seen a drop of rain, or inclimate weather while in his ownership. The last time it was driven was at a PCA event at Mid-Ohio in April of 2000. I have all maintinance records during his ownership along with the stamped maintinance book proir to his ownership. The last stamp was in 1997 at 113k which shows an oil change. After that I have all work orders and reciepts from authorized Porsche dealers and a well known independant shop that specializes in Porsche and Excotics. They are also very big in Porsche Club events. This paticular Porsche has been very well maintianed, this I can assure you! Durning its life it has had a top notch repaint. It's showing some age, but shines up really nice. I believe all but the most finicky buyers will be more than pleased. The engine runs strong and pulls hard thru all gears. The interior is in above average condition and does'nt have any excessive wear or tear. Upgrades include Koni shocks front and rear with adjustable sway bars and polyurathane bushings and swaybar mounts. Upgraded 8x16 & 7x16 refurbished Fuchs from Wheel Enhancement with Bridgestone S02. The brakes are factory with EBC pads and ATE fluid. It also comes with an extra set of Fuchs with Yokohama race radials. The last major maintanace was done at 120k, it included new plugs, wires and it had a pre track inspection. The futurre owner of this Porsche will be extremely pleased and will bring the next owner years of pleasure and enjoyment. While it has been in my possesion I have changed all fulids, serviced the A/C, new Optima Red Top battery and addressed all issues.
