Vehicle Detail
1980 Firebird Formula PROJECT. Has a 305 Chevy engine, 350 transmission. Was originally 301 Pontiac. No exhaust between engine and converter. It is loud. Runs, drives, and kind of stops. Very weak brakes. Has a couple of rust spots. Left rear floor pan has some holes. A hole underneath the right rear seat and the back tail pan has some rust out. The quarters or rear fenders are excellent. There is no rust in the rockers although one did have a dent which I pulled. The hood is missing one of the formula vents and I do not have a replacement. I have one good grill for the front bumper. The interior driver's side seat needs recovering. The dash now has a crack in it and the door panels will need to be replaced along with the carpet. All of the glass is good. This is a great start for anyone that wants a Firebird of this era or even would like to use it as a donor to their rusted out Trans Am. I have plenty of pictures. Email with any questions. Very low reserve. Car as is, where is. Will need a trailer to move. OTHER CARS IN PICTURES ARE NOT FOR SALE. If you have a low feedback score and do not contact me before bidding, I will remove your bid. You must contact me before you bid with a low feedback score. On Apr-12-11 at 13:13:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to tell some of you when I sent you pictures of the car about the two different colors of paint. The car was repainted by a local body shop. The red primer you see is where they took care of little dings. The darker grey is the repaint. The lighter grey/silver is where I took the pressure washer and blasted off the repaint, exposing the original paint.
